A trained Scoutmaster deserves a trained youth.

 

National Youth Leadership Training (NYLT) has two goals:

• Build a great leader

• Develop lasting connections outside your troop circle.

 

This is a fun, fast-paced week long training in a camp setting that will cover every aspect of Scout leadership. 

No Scout should miss this opportunity to build these life skills as they start taking on roles in their troop.

As soon as a youth achieves First Class or is a member of Ventures or Sea Scouts, sign them up!

Train them to be ready to lead with confidence!

 

Prerequisite:  Introduction to Leadership Skills Training (ILST) class will be held TBD.
